  • After carefully listening to your requirements, we’ll search through my pool of amazing venues and suppliers to find the best fit for you. I will also take care of negotiation, contracts, and all supplier-related ‘wedmin’ for an agreed number of suppliers and your venue to produce a memorable fairy tale wedding for you

    • Pre-agreed number of consultations dependent on the timescale from booking to production

    • Full responsiveness to your email communication within 24 hours and liaison within agreed number of suppliers and your venue on your behalf

  • Providing up to 8 hours on the day coordination

    • Welcoming and hosting guests

    • Keeping the wedding party informed at all times

    • Time management

    • Oversee and communicate with suppliers

    • Discreet problem solving

    • Wedding day emergency kit. From needle & thread to duct tape. I’ll bring it all!

    • Assistance with the setup of props, stationery and decorations

    Pre + post wedding coordination can be discussed
