  • After carefully listening to your requirements, we’ll search through my pool of amazing venues and suppliers to find the best fit for you. I will also take care of contract and pricing negotiations, and all supplier-related ‘wedmin’ for up to 10 suppliers and your venue to produce a memorable fairy tale wedding for you

    • One wedding planning consultation per month

    • Full responsiveness to your email communication within 24 hours and liaison with up to 10 suppliers and your venue on your behalf

  • Providing up to 10 hours on the day coordination

    • COORDINATION DUO: Myself + 1 Junior Wedding Planner assisting on the day to look after both parties of the wedding equally and ensuring we’re always one step ahead of the game

    • Welcoming and hosting guests

    • Keeping the wedding party informed at all times

    • Time management

    • Oversee and communicate with suppliers

    • Discreet problem solving

    • Wedding day emergency kit. From needle & thread to duct tape. I’ll bring it all!

    • Assistance with the setup of props, stationery and decorations

    • Ensuring floor plans and table set-up is correct

    • Performing Master of Ceremonies

    Pre + post wedding coordination can be discussed.

  • Creation of up to three days itinerary of “things to do” list for your guests

    • Are you time-poor, busy working and needing rounded support with making things happen?

    • Have you got that very special vision in mind and need an expert to put it together for you?

    • Are you based outside the UK and need somebody on the ground who can be your eyes and ears at a time that works for you?

    • I will help from the moment of our initial consultation through the creation of moodboards and sourcing of award-winning venues and suppliers, to the coordination of your special day. All will be taken care of for you, within this fully comprehensive package.
