  • Providing up to 10 hours on the day coordination

    • COORDINATION DUO: Myself + 1 Junior Wedding Planner assisting on the day to look after both parties of the wedding equally and ensuring we’re always one step ahead of the game

    • Welcome and hosting guests

    • Keeping the wedding party informed at all times

    • Time management

    • Oversee and communicate with suppliers

    • Discreet problem solving

    • Wedding day emergency kit. From needle & thread to duct tape. I’ll bring it all!

    • Assistance with the setup of props, stationery and decorations

    • Ensuring floor plans and table set-up is correct

    • Performing Master of Ceremonies

    Pre + post wedding coordination can be discussed.

    • This covers every smallest element of your wedding, no stone will be left unturned!

    • We’ll start our health check from the morning preparations and finish with the carriages - in the process identifying any gaps, and areas needing attention

    • At the end, we’ll come up with an action plan to ensure you have the wedding day of your dreams and no hiccups!

    • One final details consultation

    • Full responsiveness to your email communication within 24 hours and liaison with all suppliers on your behalf in the last month before your wedding
